Who actually enters pocket option tournaments and doesn't blow up in the first few minutes?

I've been looking at pocket option tournaments for a few days now and I still can't figure out whether this is more about making quick decisions or whether you can somehow keep things stable there. I went in a couple of times just to test it — at first everything seemed fine, but then you start rushing and end up breaking yourself down. Damn, I get the feeling that in things like this it's more important not to guess every trade right, but not to freak out after a couple of losses.

I'm curious how everyone approaches them: do you enter for the thrill, or do you really follow your own plan? And I also can't figure out whether there's any point in jumping into a tournament if you're trading without much practice, or whether it's better to get some experience on regular trades first. I'm still more confused than I understand it, but the topic is grabbing me. Anyone who's actually tried it — what did it feel like for you?
In tournaments, people usually blow up because they rush, not because of the idea itself. I wouldn’t go into that without practice: first regular trades, then the tournament as a test of nerves.
Exactly, in the first few minutes, it’s usually not the market that takes you out, but your own haste. I only entered a pocket option tournament after a couple of weeks of regular trading—otherwise, one nervous click and it’s all over.
