Who actually trades on the one-minute chart: do you have working approaches without nerves?

I've been sitting here for days running binary options strategies on the one-minute chart, and right now it feels like everything is too choppy. On longer timeframes I can still kind of understand the logic, but here every tick gets in the way. I tried entering with the trend after a pullback, but it often ends up that the signal looks fine, and then a couple of candles later everything has already gone the other way. Damn, it's annoying.

I'm curious, does anyone actually have a reasonably calm approach specifically on the one-minute chart? Not magic, but something sensible: a filter by time, by volatility, by news, or something else. I'm not looking for the holy grail, I just want to understand whether the problem is my discipline or whether the whole idea on the one-minute chart is so erratic that it's better not to go in there without a strict system. If anyone has been trading like this for a long time, share what you look at before entering?

The one-minute chart is almost always choppy; without a filter for time and news, it quickly blows you out. I’d look only at calm sessions and take 1-2 setups, not the whole day — otherwise it wears down your nerves.
On the one-minute timeframe, without a strict filter by news and entry time, it’s just a meat grinder. For myself, I leave only London/New York and 1 setup; otherwise the minute quickly knocks it out of my head.

For me, I think the key here is not the 1-minute chart, but the time cutoff. I also keep only London and the first 1-2 hours of New York; otherwise, noise starts and there are extra entries.
