First trades on Pocket Option: where do beginners most often make mistakes?

I’ve started learning my way around Pocket Option and am only trading on the demo account for now so I don’t jump in blindly. The interface seems fairly straightforward, but in practice I’m constantly unsure whether to wait for confirmation of the move or enter right after the candle. I tried watching support and resistance levels and added a moving average, but sometimes it just turns into a bunch of random signals. In short, I want to understand how to trade on Pocket Option more calmly instead of clicking the button on impulse. For those who started with this platform, what approach actually helped you during the first few weeks? And how long did you stay on the demo account before moving on to small amounts?
