I've been mulling over one thing for a couple of weeks now, and I can't figure out where the line is between a sound approach and simply fooling myself. I came across a binary options strategy with precise signals, and it all looks nicely presented: entry, timing, direction, without any unnecessary fluff. But in practice, I often find that even when there is a signal, I still feel uneasy about entering because the market is behaving erratically at that moment.
I've tried looking at it both on a demo account and, little by little, in live trades. On the demo, naturally, everything looked almost perfect, but in real trading you start getting nervous and don't wait for the entry point as calmly. Maybe I haven't fully understood the logic of the system itself, or is it better to filter signals like these manually? I'd be interested to hear whether anyone has solid experience specifically with such setups—do they really help, or are they more about making a good first impression?
