Who actually looks at the Pocket Option rating when choosing a platform?

I’m sitting here thinking about how much these ratings can really be trusted when choosing a trading platform. I recently went back to check the Pocket Option rating, and I had mixed feelings: on the one hand, it’s convenient, since you can immediately see what people discuss most often; on the other hand, I can’t tell whether it really helps or is mostly just for show.

I’m not a complete beginner myself, but I also wouldn’t say I’ve figured everything out already. Sometimes you open the same service, and different people have completely different opinions. One says everything is fine and the interface is good, another says it’s inconvenient for them. And there you are, basically trying to filter out the noise. For some people, does the rating actually decide where to go, or do you rely more on your own experience? I’m curious, do you use things like this as a guide, or do you сразу go and check everything yourself?
I wouldn’t trust the Pocket Option rating blindly: it’s often just background noise. I look at it as a filter, but the decision still comes after testing it myself — interface, withdrawals, support.
